In Davis, CA, Don Fouts has a reputation for building beautiful custom homes and awesome customer relationships. We were engaged to develop a marketing strategy and materials as he embarked on his most significant venture yet—three new neighborhoods with over 150 homes.
Our work included a name refresh, tagline, messaging, logos for the three development projects, a comprehensive website and support print materials. The website features home designs, pop-up, floor plans and custom home slide shows.
